Tala Shipping Policy

• We offer free shipping on orders of $300 and above.
• Once purchased, the product will ship in 1-2 days except for Saturdays and Sundays.

Tala Return Policy

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for full-price merchandise.
• Items must be unused, unplayed, complete, and returned in their original packaging.
• Tile sets must remain sealed in their original shrink wrap to qualify for a full refund.
• If a tile set has been opened but is returned complete and in like-new condition, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
